Our Investment Approach

We pursue a value-driven, opportunity-led investment strategy focused on the residential sector. Our investment approach is built around three core themes:

• Transformational Projects: We actively seek out special situations such as office-to-residential conversions, underutilized sites, and brownfield-to-greenfield developments where we can unlock hidden potential through planning, design, and development expertise.

• Income-Generating Assets: We acquire stabilized or near-stabilized residential properties in high-demand, low-supply areas, where consistent rental income and long-term capital appreciation can be achieved through active asset management.

• Core Capital City Focus: We concentrate on core capital cities within Germany, Austria, and CEE. Our local market knowledge and relationships allow us to access prime opportunities in Europe`s most resilient and liquid urban centers.
